We are recruiting: we are hiring a roofing technician in Nottoway County, Virginia. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • A good head for heights and steady balance The role involves bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing.
