Meat cutter — Uzo-Uwani

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On the job you will handle: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
