Aluminium technician — Polk County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium technician in Polk County, Iowa. You will be based on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections Day to day you will crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; load and offload fabricated units without scratching the finish; de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Contact us to fix an interview.
