Plant operator — Carmarthenshire

Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in Carmarthenshire, Wales. The job is at a road and highway construction project. The role involves: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger What we are looking for: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. £2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
