Fabricator-welder — Fillmore County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Fillmore County, Minnesota. You will work at a steel fabrication workshop. The role involves maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding. Ideal candidate: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
