line cook position — Hillsborough County, New Hampshire

We are looking for a line cook for our restaurant kitchen in Hillsborough County. You will be responsible for daily mise en place, running a station during service, preparing dishes to spec. Candidates should bring knowledge of food hygiene rules and roughly 2 year(s) of experience. Approximately 39 hours per week, night shift. Transport allowance is included.
