Urgent requirement: render and set plasterer (Federal Capital Territory)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a render and set plasterer in Kuje, Federal Capital Territory. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel The role involves: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration 2+ years on the tools preferred.
