Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold room technician in Washburn County, Wisconsin. The job is at a food processing plant. The role involves: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds We offer $4,300 per month plus benefits.
