Dishwashing attendant wanted in Mopa-Muro

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Mopa-Muro, Kogi State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On the job you will handle: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room 3+ years on the tools preferred. ₦3,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
