Great opportunity: lift installation engineer (North Carolina)

Join our team: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Sampson County, North Carolina. You will be based in a residential tower block. You will mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; run load and overload tests with test weights; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; measure rope tension and check for broken strands. Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Part-time with flexible hours.
