We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coater in Gordon County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
