Prep cook wanted in Beaufort County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Beaufort County, South Carolina. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Overtime paid at a premium rate.
