The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well.
