Acoustic insulation fitter — Marlboro County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Marlboro County, South Carolina. You will fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. What we are looking for: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
