Vacancy available: we are hiring an argon welder in Jessamine County, Kentucky. What we are looking for: • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Steady hands and good close-up eyesight Your main tasks: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
