Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Tudun Wada, Kano State. The job is at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe.
