Cook wanted in Onondaga County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Onondaga County, New York. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat.
