The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime 3+ years on the tools preferred.
