Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Greenlee County, Arizona. The job is at an automotive parts factory. The role involves keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; pack finished units with foam inserts and seal the cartons; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. What we are looking for: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Full-time with occasional weekends.
