Requirements: • Own set of hand tools • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines Your main tasks: • Carry out suspension and steering repairs • Carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
