Join our team: we are hiring a furniture maker in Dickinson County, Kansas. You will be based at a shopfitting company. You should have: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work Day to day you will plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board.
