You should have: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks 5+ years on the tools preferred.
