The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. Ideal candidate: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Six days a week, one day off. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
