Join our team: we are hiring a banksman in Stafford County, Virginia. On a typical shift you will tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks; secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists. Requirements: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
