Canteen cook • Lenoir County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Lenoir County, North Carolina. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Full-time, day shift.
