Immediate opening: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Lonoke County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
