We are recruiting: garment presser (Nebraska)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Grant County, Nebraska. You will be based in a garment export house. What we are looking for: • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets The role involves spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics.
