Great opportunity: we are hiring a civil works labourer in Lauderdale County, Mississippi. You will work on a commercial building project. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage Day-to-day duties: • Stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
