Lift installation engineer wanted in Kenai Peninsula Borough

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Kenai Peninsula Borough, Alaska. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Your main tasks: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Pay around $32 per hour, based on your experience.
