Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Your main tasks: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Part-time with flexible hours.
