Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Bell County, Kentucky. The job is at an automotive components factory. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks.
