Fabricator-welder — Jalingo

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Jalingo, Taraba State. You will work at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. The role involves read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
