Refrigeration service engineer — Ionia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Ionia County, Michigan. Day to day you will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system. What we are looking for: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
