You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
