Quality assurance assistant • Drew County, Arkansas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. You will compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items. Requirements: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
