Requirements: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron On a typical shift you will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed.
