Thermal insulation technician wanted in Ifako/Ijaye

We are recruiting: we are hiring a thermal insulation technician in Ifako/Ijaye, Lagos State. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. You should have: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges Day-to-day duties: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. ₦230,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
