Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Ogbia, Bayelsa State. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating.
