Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Wamba, Nasarawa State. The role involves: • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers We offer ₦9,000 per day plus benefits.
