Concrete pump mate • Buncombe County, North Carolina

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Buncombe County, North Carolina. The job is on a road and bridge project. You will give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods 5+ years on the tools preferred.
