Join our team: we are hiring a MIG welder in Jefferson County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Six days a week, one day off.
