We are recruiting: gas pipeline fitter (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Russell County, Virginia. You will check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
