Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Gaston County, North Carolina. You will work in a quick-service restaurant. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts The role involves: • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Clear and reset tables between covers • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Check back during the meal and handle special requests Part-time with flexible hours.
