Catering cook • Slope County, North Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Slope County, North Dakota. On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
