Finishing plasterer • Noxubee County, Mississippi

Immediate opening: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Noxubee County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Able to mix plaster to the right consistency by feel • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline Rotating shifts.
