Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Gaya, Kano State. On a typical shift you will set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) Full-time with occasional weekends.
