Fitter on the line wanted in Hardin County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Hardin County, Illinois. The job is at an automotive parts factory. Day-to-day duties: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Careful handling of tools and components 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
