Lathe operator • Maiyama, Kebbi State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe operator in Maiyama, Kebbi State. You will work in a packaging factory. Your main tasks: • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred.
