Urgent requirement: we are hiring a road roller operator in Goodhue County, Minnesota. Requirements: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise The role involves: • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook • Check for underground cables and services before digging At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
