Great opportunity: we are hiring a tailor machinist in Lincoln County, Wyoming. You will inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens Six days a week, one day off.
